Growing and dynamic company operating all over the world has now a new opportunity for an experience Manager to become a part of their team.

Role summary:
* Creating and implementing new processes and improving the existing practices in order to achieve the company´s targets
* Monitoring the KPI´s and determining the areas of improvement (using Six Sigma methodology)
* Working closely with the sales and logistic department
* Team leading of 10-12 people
* Training and support of the team members
* Regular reporting
* Monitoring the customer´s satisfaction, direct contact with customers

Požadavky

* University degree in Business, Economics or other related field
* 5 years experience as a manager within international company (call centre or customer service)
* Team Leading experience, ability to drive the team to the targets
* Very good communication skills
* Six Sigma knowledge
* Fluent English, additional language is a plus
