Job description:
* Collection of client data
* Responding inbound calls
* Resolving customer´s issues
* Making of outbound calls to clients
* Providing information by e-mail
* Administration support

Požadavky

* University or High school degree
* Fluent English and fluent Dutch
* Good knowledge of SAP and payroll knowledge is an big advantage
* Work experience from an SSC/call centre is an advantage
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong initiative and enthusiasm
