One of the world’s leading online travel company is now looking for multilingual Customer Service Professionals to join their Lodging Operations team.

•Provide support to the customers
•Work directly with suppliers
•Book, change, cancel reservations
•Solve requests and issues
•Provide customer service with general questions
•Work with various systems
•Work with financial data
•Maintain good level of performance

Start: the beginning of November 2010
Work time: Mo-Fr, 9am - 1 pm

Požadavky

•Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English and Dutch
•Customer service experience (travel industry preferred)
•Customer oriented
•Excellent communications skills
•Highly organized and detail oriented
•Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
