Požadavky

- Experienced in Voice TDM and Voice IP-based network technologies and services
- Understanding of complex Voice network architectures
- Very deep knowledge of PBX Ericsson MD110
- Hands-on experience with relevant Operating Systems (like-Unix) and scripting languages, e.g. Shell/Perl
- Previous experience with high level technical support
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required including on-call duty including travelling
- Fluent English
