For a leading international real estate company engaged in commercial consulting services in office, industrial and retail area, we are looking for a consultant specialised in the area of industrial properties.

You will be responsible fo:

contacting potential clients,
dealing with customers, showing properties and negotiate with potential tennants.

Požadavky

* University or high school degree
* at least 1 year of previous experience in the field od real estate :
leasing of industrial properties
* experience with tennant representation and negotiations
* fluent English is a must (communication with foreigners)
* fluent Czech
* excellent communication and presentation skills
* Driving license B
