For our client, a top real estate services company worldwide, market leader in Prague, we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of a

JUNIOR NEGOTIATOR

Responsibilities:
- daily contact with clients (reporting, marketing meetings, mailing and follow up phone calls)
- advise on leasing strategy, rentals in the area of industrial properties
- negotiations about commercial issues and business terms
- assisting to senior negotiators on technical and legal issues
- reporting and presentations
- advise on marketing materials

Požadavky

- university / high school graduate
- experience in field of real estate is an advantage, but not necessary
- excellent communication skills
- friendly, keen to learn new things
- client oriented
- responsible team player
- fluent English, native Czech/Slovak,
- flexible
- driving licence B
- comupter literacy (MS Office)
