One of the world’s leading online travel company is now looking for an on-site Trainer for the Prague customer service centre.

Main tasks:
* Support a recurrent training and new initiative training program
* Deliver training that promotes increased productivity and performance
* Deliver new hire training on policies and procedures
* Evaluate current training materials
* Redesign trainings in response to industry nad business changes
* Identify and implement training programs
* Track and report on the impact of training, identify additional training needs
* Create a training plan

Požadavky

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

* Min. 3 years of related experience
* Excellent command of English is a must
* Customer service environment experience
* Travel industry knowledge and experience
* Strong verbal, written and group presentation skills
* Strong classroom presence and control
