Key Responsibilities:

* Close cooperation with Consultants on executive search projects for top international clients
* Direct candidate sourcing and market research
* Defining sourcing strategy
* Project management and reporting
* Approach of top senior executives
* Active participation on candidate interviews and client communication

Požadavky

* Individuals with at least 1 year work experience ideally in executive search / recruitment or related type of business
* Candidates who are quality driven individuals with long-term career aspirations
* Openness to work on the phone
* Business minded and customer oriented personality
* Communicative English, fluent in Czech or eventually in other CEE language
* Flexible, dynamic and communicative personality with can-do approach
* Analytical thinker
* Creative, develops new ideas & approaches
* Active, initiative, independent, takes responsibility
* Professional and presentable person

Salary: Negotiable, according to experience
