Responsibilities:
• Support to Brand Management in developing and executing highly impactful and efficient marketing programs, including portfolio and media planning, pricing, research, campaign effectiveness analysis and reporting
• Develop and recommend marketing strategies and tactics for assigned products/brands, including communications strategies and implementation plans
• Continuously track results vs. goals and lead analysis of business drivers to adjust plans as needed to achieve business goals
• Drive the LEGO Brand Catalogue development and distribution across the region
• Work closely with functional groups and European subsidiary marketing and sales teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans
• Interface with local marketing and the regional marketing team and supporting team and M-director in strategy- and planning processes through M-plan consolidation and overviews
• Master degree in Marketing, Economics
• At least minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience in a FMCG company
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Analytical skills, detail oriented and motivated to deliver strong results
• A high energy level combined with strong interpersonal and team player skills
• Strong team building and networking abilities to be able to work effectively across the organization. Must have strong influence/negotiation skills.
• Planning/Implementation Knowledge - action-oriented; able to clearly identify the tasks and resources required to move projects ahead despite obstacles
