We are now looking for experienced Technical Specialist that will provide 2nd level support to customers with solutions based on Linux, NetWare or MS Windows

Duties:
- Troubleshoot and provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues
- Prevent customer issues by writing technical documents and sending helpful
technical information to customers
- Occasional customer on-site visits within EMEA
- Document solutions to known issues

Požadavky

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Education in Computer Science
- Two years experience in technical support and/or system/network administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux (certifications highly welcome), Novell GroupWise, MS Exchange, Sendmail and/or Netware OS and Directory Services
- Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux OS
- Practical technical background in networking and systems management
- Be communicative, customer oriented, stress resistant, pro-active
- Fluency in English and German
- EU citizen preferably living in Czech republic
- Willingness to travel
