For our client, an international IT company, we are now looking for Helpdesk Specialist.

Your role will be:

- Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions,
- Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. - Monitor the status of the services and SLAs
- Interact by phone with outside parties to collect information or conduct follow-up.
- Trouble ticket Management

Požadavky

- Technical High School Diploma
- Native Czech, Fluent English
- Computer Literate
- Good communication and relational skills
- Be assertive, proactive, open mind and well organized
- Be customer oriented and accurate
- Ability to support clients via phone
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good Team working skills
- Technical education is desirable

- Previous customer care experience is desirable but not essential
