5* hotel is seeking for Restaurant & Bar Manager.

You will be under the general guidance and supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, and within the limit of established policies, procedures and Food and Beverage Manual, you will manage and direct all aspects of the Restaurant and Bar operation.
You will report daily to the Food and Beverage Manager.
You will provide functional assistance and direction to the Restaurant & Bar colleagues.
You will equired to manage the preparation and service of all food and beverage in compliance with hotel standards whilst providing friendly and efficient service in order to meet and exceed our guest expectations.
