The IT/ Cost control manager is responsible for two main activities and departments of our company – the entire IT operation of our company and the cost controlling department.
In regards to the IT operation it means mainly the supervision and maintenance of a full functioning IT operation – POS systems, Internet, Software, Hardware with all its processes.

For the controlling part it is mainly the managing of the cost control department which consists of one more employee and all its controlling and analyzing processes for achieving the highest possible cost control and profitable results for our company.
F&B cost controller is handling any kind of issue in regards of operational F&B cost, inventories, administration handling and all related to that. He she controls on a daily base all kind of reporting’s, places them into the system and creates all kind of requested reporting for the accounting department and department heads. As the position of the F&B Cost Controller has 2 main functions to operations – finance and F&B operation, this requires both skills in the Accounting Office as well as the Food & Beverage Department.

Požadavky

- Experience/ background in IT in hotel or F&B/ retail operations (3-5 years)
- Advanced computer skills and IT knowledge, SAP knowledge a big advantage
- Certain experience/ background in F&B cost control in a hotel or bigger F&B/ retail operations
- Certain Knowledge of cost control processes and procedures
- Analytical thinking and excellent attention to details
- Good managerial skills and behaviours
- English language skills

DEPARTMENT/ REPORTING TO:
- Cost control department, reporting to the Head of Accounting and further to the managing director.

STARTING DATE:
- Most properly in January, depending when we will start with the implementation project of SAP
