For our client, 5 stars hotel well located in the heart of Prague, we are seeking an experienced F&B MANAGER

Main duties:

- Ensure that the team delivers quality services, both in the production of customer service at all points of sale in the hotel.
- Ensure the correct operation of the various services in the department.
- Effective leadership of all department managers/staff.
- Motivate and create a team spirit in all sections of the Food and Beverage.
- Ensure that the profitability of the department is consistent.
- Have an excellent knowledge of the services offered by the hotel and ensure that all customers are aware of them.
- Take part with Executive Chef in preparing the menus, purchasing and the updating of the technical documents.
- Ensure that all equipment is working correctly and all employees are trained to work safety with it.
- Take part in preparing annual budgets for the department, analyse the results and implement any corrective as required.
- Organise day to day allocation of work and communication meetings with the team.

Požadavky

- 2/5 years professional experience with Excellent understanding of the Hotel and Catering Industry.
- Some expertise in Financial management in previous positions.Degree /Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management Studies.
- Excellent computer skills in Excel / Word/ e-mail
- Ability to build rapport with people easily.
- Keen commercial sense with an ability to react swiftly
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Decision-maker.
- Good general level of professionalism.
- Excellent presentation.
- Fluent in local language.
- Business and working knowledge of English (a third language would be an assest
