- Responsible for organizing, preparation and quality of all services provided by kitchen
- Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen team provides the best possible service in terms of quality, production and presentation
- Prepare the menu and calculations, including catering events
- Bring ideas, to apply a creative approach to production and presentation of all meals
- Responsible for arranging ingredients supply, preparation of purchasing orders
- Conduct regular and irregular inventory
- Responsible for kitchen budget and profitability
- Responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations and implementation of HACCP standards
- Teach, train, coach, manage, control and evaluate entire kitchen staff, including auxiliary staff with a focus on results
- Prepare and manage kitchen staff schedule

Požadavky

- Experience in the field a minimum of 5 years is necessary
- At least 2 years experience with similar position in the "A la carte" restaurant
- Relevant gastronomical education
- English and Spanish at the communicative level (trainings abroad, communicating with guests, etc.)
- Previous experience in the field abroad is a major advantage
- Knowledge or experience with South American cuisine is an advantage
- Ability to manage and motivate team, experience in leading the kitchen team
- Experience with compilation of menu, calculations, planning and ordering of supplies
- Organizational and communicational skills
- Creativity, passion for creating and learning new approaches, bring own ideas
- Positive and friendly approach towards guests, media, ability to represent the restaurant
- Self-confident, honest and professional communication
