The F&B Outlet Manager is overall in charge of the entire service operation of his/ her assigned outlets plus additional of other outlets in absence of the other outlet managers. He/ She directs and guides the service team in providing highest level of hospitality to guests & ensure a high standard of attentive, friendly customer service, set ups and hygiene in Restaurants, Bars, Cafes and respective back areas. Additional he/she provides together with his/ her team the highest possible profitability in the operation by driving aggressive up selling and an effective cost control in the operation.

Požadavky

- Experience in a high demand F&B Operation - hotel, restaurants etc.
- Understanding of service standards, food & beverage knowledge
- English language skills
