Scope of responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Manager must, in high collaboration with Trade, Finance and Operations define and endorse strategy in order to achieve stock and service level. The Supply Chain Manager has as well the responsibility to define and endorse the strategy for Logistics Organisation – Warehouse and Transports.

Main figures
STOCK
* Sales and Purchase forecast and budget, with Trade & Finance
* Stock Value
* Service Level ( Out of stock reduction )
* Stock week cover
* Slow Moving Stock
* Orders proposal
* MRP System parameters Setup and integrity check
* Stock Dashboard reporting

Požadavky

* Higher education diploma (economics with a supply chain / economics specialisation, for example)
* 3-5 years minimum in an equivalent post
* Management experience
* Retail experience
* Experience of working in an international area
* Good communication skills
* Good negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a team (management team, colleagues)
* Ability to manage different projects with short-term deadlines at the same time
* Good analysis & planning skills
* Knowledge of national language and English
* The ability to motivate and lead a team
* Good problem-solving and numeracy skills
* Attention to detail
* Good geographical knowledge
