• Produces, implements and monitors action plans related to his/her international marketing area in order to ensure revenue budget objectives are achieved
• Promotes and produces Sales leads
• Complies and maintains target level of both the numbers and revenue
• Responsible for growing and maintaining share of MICE business
• Looks for new businesses to exploit the full potential of working, buying and market platform
• Maintains contact with the clients through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications

Požadavky

• Greater knowledge and overview of international sales market and experience in the area of conference agencies
• Ability to work independently with the pro-active and business driven approach
• The candidate should be flexible and willing to travel part of the time
• Strong orientation on the target and positive results accompanied by positive energy and drive is a must
• In order to maintain communication with clients, great communication skills and ability to lead negotiations and sales meetings in English and other language are required.

We anticipate that this position is suitable for a candidate who is having at least 2 years sales experience within MICE segment in hotel or DMC environment and is looking for a move in his/her carrier.

Czech and English is needed!
