For our client, 5* hotel, located in the heart of Prague, we are seeking an experienced F&B MANAGER

Main duties:

- Ensure that the team delivers quality services, both in the production of customer service at all points of sale in the hotel.
- Ensure the correct operation of the various services in the department.
- Effective leadership of all department managers/staff.
- Motivate and create a team spirit in all sections of the Food and Beverage.

Požadavky

- A minimum of 2-3 years previous management experience in Food and beverage
- Excellent english and czech communication skills!
- Methodical and organised approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work under pressure.
