•Create continuous market share improvements in order to exceed budgetary expectations
•Maximize all sales opportunities
•Further develop and implement the Sales & Marketing plan for the hotel
•To pro-actively seek new business for the hotel in line with revenue and sales hotel strategy through identified feeder markets, cold calling and weekly appointments
•To establish key relationship with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increased revenue
•Set key targets and objectives for the Sales and M&E sales team, ensuring structure, methodology and support are in place
•Provide positive leadership to the sales team, ensuring adequate training and development of the team
•Account management and development, actively promoting and selling the image and services of the hotel and the company including maintaining excellent business relationships with key accounts
•Must have experience within MICE, ideally within the local Czech market

Požadavky

We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior sales management role. The successful candidate will need to have a strong knowledge of corporate, leisure and MICE markets. Other personal attributes that we are looking for are:

• Strong leadership skills, effectively manage and motivate the Sales team to perform at the highest levels
• A pro-active, motivated and driven individual with excellent organizational and planning skills
• An excellent communicator and driver of Sales with strong presentation skills
• The ability to create strong internal and external relationships
• Capable of providing solutions to problems and ability to make sound business decisions
• A hunger for success and the ability to self motivate
• An outgoing, confident and proactive attitude with excellent communications and presentation skills
• Command of Czech language will be an advantage but not required
