5* hotel is looking for a Director Of Sales and Marketing .

- Manages a team of up 4 people in sales and marketing department
- Leads Senior Sales Heads in MICE , Corporate and Leisure
- Establishes business plans , marketing plans and presentations as required
- Explores new markets and develop opportunities
- Liaises with corporate office and coordinate corporate actions
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relations
- Responsible to achieve budgeted targets set as to Sales and Marketing indicators

Požadavky

- Hotel University graduation
- Fluent in english and czech is a must
- Large previous experience managing a sales team required.
- Experience in hotel business
- Excellent PC skills (Word-Excel)
- Hard worker, energetic, motivated
- Flexibility
- Must be team player
- Strong organizational skills
- be able to multi-task
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Be self-motivated
- Knowledge of all local markets
