As Corporate Director Revenue Management / Pricing and Distribution you are responsible for developing & implementing a revenue management and pricing strategy, as well as centrally steering all client´s hotels and residences to ensure effective yield management and dynamic pricing for the region.

* Managing department budget
* Centrally steer revenue management system
* Define rates with properties and Sales team
* Ensure property rate parity in all distribution channels
* Assistance to properties with rate loading or handle centrally
* Ensure dynamic pricing
* Utilize competitive analysis
* Instill proper channel and yield management
* Ensure and manage property forecasts

Požadavky

* strong focus on Return on Investment * strong revenue management system knowledge
* strong hospitality revenue management and pricing experience, preferably operational expertise respectively
* in-depth knowledge of hospitality market and latest hospitality market trends
* multi-cultural skills
* experience and ability to develop and implement strategies
* strong leadership skills and ability to negotiate and convince
* very good computer literacy (MS Office)
* fluent English
* above average level of communication skills
* engagement and team spirit
* self-starter
* high level of resilience and self-discipline
* proactive, independent, decisive
* flexibility in planning and accomplishment of tasks
* analytical abilities and strategic way of thinking
* readiness to travel
