- Ensure great customer service is provided in accordance with processes and policies
- Cooperate with partners
- Maintain good level of performance

Požadavky

- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service centre environment
- 3 – 5 years experience in a travel environment
- Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English and Norwegian
- Reservation system experience required
- Customer oriented
- Excellent communications skills
